"Expedited Review Collection" Principle of Work

We use technical algorithms, tools, and visual elements to encourage customers to leave reviews for your products.

For PDPs participating in the expedited review collection, we provide:

  • priority impressions in all sections where customers can leave reviews;
  • additional communication with those who have already purchased your product to encourage them to leave a review;
  • a special badge on the PDP;
  • Ozon points to some customers who leave reviews;
  • other activities that may help collect more reviews.

Automatic selections

We add the following products to automatic selections:

  • those with less than ten reviews;
  • those with no reviews for a long time;
  • those outside the “Expedited review collection” campaigns that you set manually.

The “Collect the first 10 reviews” automatic selection may help increase the number of product reviews. A PDP with seven reviews gains three more, while that with zero reviews gets ten.

We automatically add products that didn’t receive a single review in the last 14 days to the “There have been no reviews for a long time” selection.

You can’t remove products from these campaigns manually. As soon as a product collects its 10th review, or 10 new reviews, we remove it from the “Collect the first 10 reviews” selection or from the “There have been no reviews for a long time” selection accordingly.

The budget of automatic campaigns is unlimited. Before a campaign launches, you see the spending forecast. If you reach your spending limit, you can disable the campaign. We stop encouraging customers to leave reviews starting 00:01 Moscow time the next day.

Expedited review collection

This campaign suits for products you want to draw attention to. You create your own list of products, set the target number of reviews and the campaign duration. You can adjust the rates or set your own ones. Your rates can’t be lower than the minimum ones.

How to manage expedited review collection

You can disable the campaign at any time. We remove the badge and stop encouraging customers to leave reviews on your products. If a customer places an order while the special offer is active and leaves a review within 5 days of product receipt, we charge you at the special offer rate. Such charges may continue after the campaign end. Take into account the delivery time and the 5-day review window.

How to disable the campaign

View the review collection report and service fee

Use report data to analyze your campaign effectiveness:

  • review texts,
  • product ratings,
  • service fee.

We don’t include order numbers and review dates in the report.

To see the report:

  1. Open the Products → Expedited review collection section.

  2. In the Analytics block, click Go to reports.

  3. Select a time period for the report and click Generate. The report is ready within 24 hours.

If an error occurs, try generating the report again or contact support via chat: Promotion and special offers → Promotion → Marketing tools → Expedited review collection.

Once the report is ready, you receive a notification with the link to download the report in XLS. You can also download it in the Analytics block.

You can’t post the review content on external resources.
