Edit review collection settings

You can edit the settings for manually created campaigns at any time. To do this:

  1. Go to Products → Expedited Review Collection and select the campaign.
  2. Click More → Set Rates and Number of Reviews.
  3. For products in each price category specify the following:
    • In the Collect Reviews column, how many reviews need to be collected. Once the number is reached, collection will stop. The minimum number is 10.
    • In columns Text, With Photo and With Video, the rate for different review types.
  4. Click Apply.

To specify the number of reviews and rates for specific products:

  1. Select the required products and click Set Rates and Number of Reviews.
  2. In the window that opens, specify the number of reviews you would like to collect and the rates for each price category.
  3. Click Apply.

Disable expedited review collection

  1. Go to Products → Expedited Review Collection.

  2. Disable the campaign using one of the methods:

    • in the campaign list, select the required one and disable it;
    • on the campaign page, click More → Stop Campaign.

You cannot disable the campaign Expedited Review Collection for Your Products, but you can remove products from it. To do this:

  1. Go to Products → Expedited Review Collection.
  2. Navigate to and open the campaign Expedited Review Collection for Your Products.
  3. Find the SKU column and in the panel below click Select All, and then Remove.

After that, we will stop incentivizing customers to leave reviews on your products, and remove the badge. If an order was placed while the special offer was active and a review is left within 5 days of product receipt, you will still be charged at the special offer tariff. Such charges may continue after the campaign ends, accounting for delivery time and the five-day review window.

Example
A customer sees a product with a badge and places an order on August 17. You disable the campaign on August 18. If the customer receives the product on August 20 and leaves a review on August 24, you will be charged at the special offer tariff, since the review was left within 5 days of product receipt, and the order was placed while the product was still participating in the campaign.
