When paying for an order with products from partner banks, customers receive a discount on products at your expense and on your behalf. The partner bank may reimburse the full discount amount to you or cover only part of it, in which case, we will accrue points for the remaining part. This is specified in the contract.
If the product is discounted, the price will be highlighted in green on the PDP.
Enable the “Green Price” loyalty program
All sellers on the platform automatically participate in the loyalty program.
For each product, the discount is calculated individually, taking into account the cost and competitive price. Therefore, the discount amount may vary even for identical products.
If the product is part of special offers, the discount is calculated based on the final special offer price. So the green price will always be the best deal.
Example
Let’s say you set the price for the cutting board to 1,000 ₽ and joined an Ozon special offer. Under the special offer, a 10% discount is applied, and now the price is 900 ₽.
If the product has an additional 2% discount under the “Green price” loyalty program, it will be applied to the special offer price. This way, customers using products from partner banks will be able to buy your cutting board for 882 ₽, and the difference will be 18 ₽.
The difference will either be fully paid in rubles by the partner bank or you will receive part of it in points. For example, a partner may pay 10 ₽, and we’ll award 8 points.
Points will be charged to pay the Ozon referral fee after the monthly period is finalized.
View the cost of the product with the green price
Go to Prices and Special Offers → Product Prices. In the “Customer’s Price” column, the regular price is indicated, and below it is the cost of the product with the green price. These are the prices that customers see on the PDP.
View loyalty program discount payments
Payments for products can be viewed in the “Partner loyalty mechanics payments” column in the sales report. Detailed information will be reflected in the “Partner loyalty mechanics” report.
