Upload Methods

To make your products appear on the Ozon website, add them to the system. You’ll be able to upload products once you’ve signed up for the website, activated your seller account, and accepted the offer.

If there are few products, create PDPs manually in your account or in the Ozon Seller app. If you need to upload a lot of products, use XLS template or API.

You can’t create duplicates of identical products. Such PDPs fail moderation.

For some products, you need a brand certificate to upload them. First add the certificate, then upload the product.
The marketplace restricts the sale of products in some categories. To get access to these categories, provide product documentation.

Fill out all the required product characteristics. To save the PDP details, specify the correct product category and accurate dimensions: product weight in grams, length, width, and height in millimeters.

After uploading, the products will be sent for moderation. Moderation takes 1–3 business days.

If you want to create a PDP that already exists in the archive, restore the archived one.

Once created, the products are automatically added to the campaign Expedited Review Collection for Your Products. To disable auto-adding of new products to the special offer, go to Products → Manage PDPs and disable Adding New Products to Expedited Review Collection for Your Products.
