About Review Management Subscription

The subscription is available from April 1, 2026.

The “Review management” subscription includes tools for working with customer feedback. It saves time and helps quickly reply to customer reviews and strengthen customer trust.

Subscription benefits

Subscription cost

For each product ordered while the subscription is active, we withhold a percentage of the product price you set in the seller account.

You can track charges in the Finances → Documents → UPD with additional services section in the completion certificate issued at the end of the month.

Activate subscription

Only users with the “Manager” and “Administrator” roles can activate the subscription.

Click Enable subscription on the subscription page. The subscription is valid for one month from the activation date and renews automatically. If you can’t activate or renew the subscription, ensure you have sufficient funds in the Finances → Balance section.

Cancel subscription

On the subscription page, click Manage your subscription → Deactivate subscription.

The subscription remains active until the end of the current period.

Example
You activated the subscription on May 15 and submitted a cancellation request on May 25. In this case, the subscription period lasts the full calendar month until June 15. Until June 15, you have access to all subscription tools. For each product ordered while the subscription is active, we withhold a percentage of the product price you set in the seller account.
