Star Products Loyalty Program

The terms will come into effect on June 1, 2026.

Star Products is a loyalty program where Ozon customers can:

  • Accumulate stars for purchases with the Ozon Card and exchange them for your products from special collections for just one ruble.

    Ozon will fully compensate you for the cost of these products, allowing you to drive sales thanks to millions of special offer participants, build customer loyalty, and further promote your products.

    The customer pays the customs duties separately.

  • Pay for your products with an Ozon Bank credit card with a grace period of up to 140 days. With the card, customers can make more expensive purchases and choose sellers among the program participants due to favorable terms.

Sellers whose products have already passed moderation on the marketplace can join the loyalty program. There are no restrictions on product categories.

Program benefits

  • Millions of customers participating in the offer: accumulated stars for external purchases with the Ozon Card can be spent only on products from sellers connected to the loyalty program.

  • Extra product promotion: products are highlighted with a badge and a banner containing grace period details. The PDPs will be placed in special selections of Ozon and Ozon Bank.

  • Free trial: 30 days.

Join the program

We can automatically connect you to the loyalty program. You can opt out at any time.
How to disconnect the loyalty program
  1. Go to Promotion → Loyalty Mechanics.
  2. In the Star Products tab, click Connect.

Cost of participation in the program

Participation is free for the first 30 days. After that, a 1.5% fee will be charged based on the seller price for each product ordered during the program.

If you opt out of the program during the trial period, your remaining days with no extra fees will be preserved. You can use them when you rejoin the program. If you join and opt out the program on the same day, it will be deducted from the trial period.

Fees are applied in the same way as for other services and are deducted on standard payment days. You can track the accruals in the Finance section and in the “Certificate of Services Rendered (Star Products)” at the end of each reporting period.

Sold products are compensated for just like regular purchases at your price indicated on the PDP at the time of sale.

View program analytics

Analytics are available 14 days after activating the loyalty program.
  1. Go to Promotion → Loyalty Mechanics → Star Products.
  2. In the “Loyalty Program Analytics” block, select the time period to display data: 14, 21, 30, or 90 days.

You’ll see:

  • Share of active customers: the percentage of the audience that purchases products under the loyalty program.
  • Turnover under the program: the total amount of sales under the loyalty program.
  • Product views under the program: how many times customers clicked on the PDPs that are in the loyalty program.

View connection history

You can only view the history if you have an active loyalty program.

  1. Go to Promotion → Loyalty Mechanics → Star Products.
  2. Click Connected <date>.

You’ll see:

  • date and time of connecting or disconnecting the loyalty program;
  • email and role of the employee who made the changes;
  • the date when the grace period ends.

We keep your loyalty program connection history for 12 months.

Disconnect the program

  1. Go to Promotion → Loyalty Mechanics → Star Products.
  2. Click Disconnect and specify the reason.
