Ural

To start using the service:

1. Contact the manager of the drop-off point where you plan to deliver the products.
2. Sign up with the Ural account.
3. Select the address of the drop-off point.
4. Select the time for the product handover.
5. Depending on the type of shipment, specify:
   • the quantity of bags when shipping in bags;
   • the ID of each shipment when shipping per unit.
6. Hand over the products to the shipping provider.

Submit your request before 15:00 to hand over the products on the same day. If you submit your request later, you’ll be able to hand them over only the next day.

Delivery cost depends on the type of shipment: in bags or per unit.

ETS

To start using the service, submit a request according to the instructions. The service is provided free of charge.

To pick up the products, ETS cooperates with the STO and YT courier services. The service is available in all regions within the coverage area of these companies.

UNI

To start using the service, submit a request to the UNI Seller Center support team. In the request, specify:

1. Details of your contact person and parcel pick-up address.
2. Number of parcels for pick-up at a time.

The shipping provider picks up the products within 12 hours after you submit the request.

If your warehouse is within the coverage area of the shipping provider, they pick up the parcels themselves. If you’re outside the coverage area, the shipping provider uses courier services of another company.

For the Express, Super Express, Economy, or Super Economy methods, the shipping provider picks up parcels free of charge, if their quantity is more than 10 or total weight is over 10 kg. If you meet these requirements, you can order the pick-up service for Extra Small parcels for free with no minimum limit.

Otherwise, for the Extra Small method, the shipping provider picks up parcels free of charge, if their quantity is more than 10.

Delivery geography: all regions of China.

7D

To start using the service, contact the shipping provider.

1. Provide the shipping provider with your warehouse address and contact details. If your warehouse is within the coverage area of the shipping provider, they confirm your request and send the phone number of the courier that’ll pick up your products.
2. Call the courier to confirm the number of products and handover time. The courier will pick up your products the next day.

The service is provided free of charge. The minimum number of parcels is 10.

Delivery geography: Shanghai, Donghai, Suzhou, Kunshan, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Shaoxing, Yiwu, Jinhua, Pujiang, Dongyang, Wenzhou, Taizhou, Futian, Putian, Quanzhou, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Foshan.

GBS

Pick-up service isn’t available for GBS HK.

To start using the service, contact the shipping provider by phone or via WeChat: 13528440935.

The service is provided free of charge. The minimum number of parcels is 10.

You can place orders every day until 13:00. The shipping provider picks up products every day except Saturday.

Delivery geography: Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Huizhou, Foshan, Zhongshan, Yiwu.

RETS

To start using the service, submit a request according to the instructions. The service is provided free of charge.

To pick up the products, RETS cooperates with the STO and YT courier services. The service is available in all regions within the coverage area of these companies.

Delivery geography: Guangdong, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangsu, Fuzhou, Shanghai, Guangxi, Wuzhou.

If you set up the following shipment method:

• Extra Small: the shipping provider collects more than 100 packages or packages from 10 kg free of charge;
• Small or Premium Small: the shipping provider collects more than 10 packages or packages from 10 kg free of charge;
• Big: the shipping provider collects more than 5 packages or packages from 25 kg free of charge.

Shipments that fall into the Budget and Premium Big groups aren’t accepted individually. The shipment provider accepts them if shipments from other groups meet the standards or the total shipment weight is at least 20 kg.

ZTO

To request the service, contact the ZTO CWST 400 support team at 95270. If you want the bot to redirect you to Ozon orders support, say “three”. Support hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30. You can also contact WeChat support using its ID: jiangzy–2018. To create a request, provide your warehouse address. You’ll be notified of the time when courier arrives.

For shipments weighing more than 3 kg the service is free of charge. If the shipment weighs less than 3 kg, you’ll be charged an additional fee. Its amount depends on the distance from your warehouse and is calculated by the customer support team of the shipping provider.

JD Logistics

To start using the service:

1. Pack small products into large parcels.
2. Log in to the JD Logistics Zhuo Pai delivery platform with your JD account. If you don’t have an account, create a new one.
3. Enter information about the sender and the consignee, select the courier company and print the express invoices.
4. Stick the shipping label to the outside of large parcels.
5. Hand over the products to the shipping provider.

User guide on ordering the pick-up service

The shipping cost, picking time, and total delivery time are determined by the logistics company you select on the JD Logistics Zhuo Pai delivery platform. You can place the order until 17:00. It’s collected on the same day.

JD Logistics delivers to all regions of China except Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

ATC

To start using the service, contact the support team of the shipping provider via WeChat: ATC跨境电商物流.

Enter:

• your warehouse address,
• your contact details,
• the time for parcel pickup,
• the number of parcels and their weight.

The service is provided free of charge. The minimum number of parcels is 5.

The shipping provider picks up products Monday through Friday. To have the parcels picked up on the same day, submit the request before 17:30.

Limitations:

• the length of one side is not over 1.2 m,
• the sum of three sides is not over 1.6 m,
• the weight is not over 30 kg.

Delivery geography: all regions of China except Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

ASE-UNI

To start using the service:

1. Contact the shipping provider via ozon@ase.com.tr and check if the pick-up service is available.
2. Request access to the ASE account.
3. Submit a request according to the instructions.

Service cost depends on the number of orders. If you ship up to 300 orders a month, it’s 2.5 USD per shipment. If you ship up more than 300 orders, it’s free of charge.

Delivery geography: pick-up service of the shipping provider is available in Istanbul. To pick up products from other cities, use ARAS services.

Tanais & UMT

To start using the service, contact the shipping provider by phone or via WhatsApp: 0544 972 20 70.

Partner details

The service is provided free of charge. The minimum number of parcels is 30.

Delivery geography: pick-up service of the shipping provider is only available in Istanbul.

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday: pick-up within Istanbul city limits, Asian part.
• Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: pick-up within Istanbul city limits, European part.

Outside Istanbul:

• Via HepsiJet delivery: for parcels with a volumetric weight of up to 5 kg. They’ll be picked up from your warehouse and delivered to the UMT warehouse in Istanbul.
• Via MNG Kargo delivery: for parcels with any volumetric weight. Bring them to the MNG Kargo delivery office and send them to the UMT warehouse in Istanbul using the agreement code: 340314282.

Delivery times:

• 1 day: from areas within 600 km of the UMT warehouse;
• 2 days: from areas further than 600 km from the UMT warehouse;
• 3 days: from areas further than 1200 km from the UMT warehouse.

TTerminal

To start using the service, contact the shipping provider at pickup@tterminal.ru.

The service cost depends on the number of orders. Standard cost is 3 USD per courier call + 0.3 USD per kg (gross) of a shipment.

If you ship at least 20 shipments at a time and/or more than 200 shipments per month, the service is free of charge.

Delivery geography: the service is available only in Istanbul.

Pick-up schedule: from Monday to Friday.

Kargopass

To start using the service:

1. Log in to the partner platform.
2. In the My shipments section, select the parcels and click Request a courier.

You can track or cancel created courier requests in the My courier requests section.

Service cost: 2.95 USD.

The courier accepts the request if:

• there are more than 2 shipments;
• there is only 1 shipment, but with a volumetric weight of at least 2 desi. Calculate the volumetric weight using the formula: L × W × H ÷ 5,000.

The service is available every day except Sunday and in all cities where the partner has pick-up points.
