Change reviews collection settings

You can change the settings for manually created campaigns at any time. To do this:

  1. On the Products → Reviews for points page select the campaign.
  2. Click More → Set rates and number of reviews.
  3. For products in each price category, specify:
    • The number of reviews to collect—in the Collect reviews column. Once this number is reached, review collecting stops. You can specify at least 10.
    • The number of points customers will receive for different types of reviews—in the It’s text, From the photo and From the video columns.
  4. Click Apply.

To specify the number of reviews and rates for specific products:

  1. Check the box next to the desired products and click Set rates and number of reviews.
  2. For products of each price category, specify the number of reviews you want to collect and the number of points customers will receive.
  3. Click Apply.

Disable reviews for points

  1. Go to the Products → Reviews for points page.
  2. Disable the campaign using any of the following ways:
    • find the campaign and turn it off;
    • on the campaign page, click More → Stop the campaign.

You can’t disable the “Reviews for points for your products” campaign. However, you can remove all products from it. To do this:

  1. Go to the Products → Reviews for points page.
  2. Find and open the “Reviews for points for your products” campaign.
  3. Select the SKU column, then in the bottom panel click Select all and Delete.

After that, the badge with points disappears from the products. If customers bought the products before you disabled the campaign and then left reviews within five days after pick-up, they receive points. In this case, we charge you for the inactive campaign for a few more days.

Example

A customer saw a product with the badge and placed an order on August 17. You disabled the campaign on August 18. If the customer received the product on August 20 and left a review on August 24, they receive points. In this case, less than 5 days passed since product pick-up, and it still participates in the campaign. We charge you for the points accrued to the customer and the Ozon commission of 20% of the points value.
