This is a subscription for sellers that includes tools for simple and fast customer feedback management. With the subscription, you will strengthen customer trust, stand out among other sellers, and save time while staying in touch with customers at all times.

Cost of the Review Management Subscription
We withhold a percentage of the price of each product set by the seller in the personal account, which is ordered while the subscription is active.
You can track charges in the Finances → Documents → UPD with additional services section in the completion certificate issued at the end of the month.
Activate the Subscription
Only users with the “Manager” and “Administrator” roles can activate the subscription.
To activate the subscription, click Activate subscription on the subscription page. The subscription is valid for one month from the date of activation and renews automatically. If you are unable to activate or renew the subscription, check that you have sufficient funds in the Finances → Balance section.
Cancel the Subscription
On the subscription page, click Manage subscription → Cancel subscription.
The subscription will remain active until the end of the current period.
Example
You activated the subscription on May 15 and submitted a cancellation request on May 25. In this case, the subscription period will last the full calendar month until June 15. Until June 15, you will have access to all subscription tools. We will continue to withhold a percentage of the price of each product set by the seller in the personal account that is ordered while the subscription is active.
