Before a company becomes a partner, we check if it’s trustworthy. We study the portfolio, customers, evaluate the service quality and experience with other marketplaces.

Each partner has an official certificate confirming their qualification to support sellers on Ozon. Before certification, we train company employees to work with Ozon. We test companies every 6 months to confirm their knowledge and competencies.
