To track the list of brand sellers on Ozon and report them, get access to the brand account.

How to register as a brand representative

View brand sellers

To view a list of all sellers who work with your brand products on Ozon, open the Brand sellers section. The list contains the seller name, brand, and the status of the documents confirming the right to use your trademark.

To view detailed information about the seller, click their name. You can view:

  • the General information tab: the legal entity name, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN), and brand affiliation;
  • the Documents tab: contains certificates confirming the right to sell your brand products;
  • the Products on sale tab: a list of your brand products sold by this seller.

Set up tags

Tags are short comments about brand sellers. You can use them to mark verified sellers or group sellers of a specific product category. Find sellers with tags using filters. We also automatically mark sellers with the “New” tag if they’ve been selling your brand products for less than 30 days.

Tags aren’t displayed on PDPs and don’t affect seller performance. Only you and other employees with access to your account can see them.

To add a tag:

  1. In the Brand sellers section, in the seller row, click and select Add tags.
  2. Select a ready-made tag or create your own one. To do this, enter its name and click Add. The maximum tag length is 20 characters. You can add up to 3 ready-made and 100 custom tags per seller.
  3. Click Save.

You can only edit custom tags. Ready-made tags can only be deleted.

To change or delete a tag:

  1. In the Brand sellers section, click and select Add tags.
  2. Select an action:
    • To remove a tag, click next to its name.
    • To change the tag name, click the search bar and then next to the tag. Change the name and click .
    • To remove a tag from all sellers, click the search bar and then next to the tag. Select Delete the tag.
  3. Click Save.

Make complaints

You can report brand sellers if they upload incorrect documents. To do this:

  1. Make a complaint using one of the methods:
    • in the seller card: click Complain;
    • in the list of brand sellers, click and select Complain about the seller.
  2. Describe your complaint, attach evidence files and, if necessary, photos or documents confirming rules violation by the seller.
  3. Click Send.

We review your complaint. If the seller violates any rules, we block them. To view the response to the complaint, in the upper right corner of your seller account, click → Notifications.
