To check customer reviews of your brand products on Ozon, get access to your brand account.

How to register as a brand representative

In your brand account, the system automatically collects all reviews of your brand products sold on Ozon. You can:

  • view ratings and review details;
  • track which sellers customers criticize;
  • reply to reviews on behalf of the brand.

Check brand product reviews

In your brand account, open the Reviews and questions → Customer reviews section. Here you can find all your brand product reviews sorted by novelty. You can filter them by:

  • Rating.
  • Status:
    • “new”: you haven’t checked the review details yet;
    • “viewed”: you opened the review but didn’t reply to the customer;
    • “processed”: you wrote a reply on behalf of the brand.

Reply to brand product reviews

  1. In the Brand reviews section, click the review you want to reply to. You can see the review details:

    • seller;
    • customer name;
    • full text: advantages, disadvantages, customer comment, and images;
    • replies from the seller and other customers in the comments.
  2. Read the communication rules with customers if you’re not familiar with them yet. The answers should be informative, relate only to this product and not offend users.

  3. Write a comment in the Reply to review field and click Send.

The moderators check your answer and, if everything is fine, publish it with the “Official representative of the NAME brand” label. It takes up to 7 calendar days.

The replies are public and displayed on PDPs. If you represent several brands at once, we show only the brand name of the product you replied to.
