Hide a Review

Available with the “Review Management” subscription starting April 1, 2026.

If a review contains inaccurate information or misleads customers, hide it. You can hide up to 3 reviews per month — the limit resets on the start date of each new subscription period.

You cannot hide reviews for canceled orders or reviews submitted through Accelerated review collection while the customer has not yet received points for them.

To hide a review:

1. In the Products → Customer reviews section, open the review you want to hide.
2. Click Hide.
3. Select the reason and click Hide review — we will remove the review from the product card and your personal account.
