Create a Reply to a Review Using AI

Available with the “Review Management” or “Premium Pro” subscriptions starting April 1, 2026.

Generate a ready-made reply to respond to a customer review faster. The neural network suggests a reply based on the review rating, text, and sentiment. The reply text does not contain any marks indicating it was created by AI.

To generate a reply:

  1. In the Products → Customer reviews section, find and open the review.

  2. In the reply field, click Generate — the ready-made text will appear. You can edit or add to it.

If you want to see other options, click Generate again. To switch between options, click the arrow.

You can rate the generated options — this will help improve the responses.

  1. Send the reply. It will undergo moderation before being published.

Edit or Delete Your Reply to a Review

You can only edit or delete your own comment on a review. You cannot delete the review itself or someone else’s message.

  1. In the Products → Reviews → Customer reviews section, find the review you replied to by product name or SKU.

  2. Click on the review text — detailed product information and the customer’s name will open.

  3. If the reply has not yet passed moderation, click:

    • Edit — to edit the reply;
    • Delete — to delete the reply.

    If the reply has already been published, click:

    • → Edit — to edit the reply.
    • → Delete reply — to delete the reply.

    The edited reply will be sent for re-moderation. After it is published, the customer will see the date when the reply was modified.
