Premium Pro Subscription
Premium Pro is a subscription for sellers that can be arranged as an additional service in the seller’s personal account.
The subscription includes the benefits of Premium Plus and new features available only within Premium Pro.

Who can subscribe
Sellers who successfully pass our verification can subscribe. For security reasons, we do not disclose the criteria – this ensures that fraudsters do not gain access to the subscription’s benefits.
Premium Subscription Cost
Premium fee is charged monthly as a single payment. When subscribing, the payment is deducted immediately – your balance must have sufficient funds for the payment. If you are unable to subscribe, please check that your balance has sufficient funds. You can do this in your personal account in the Finances → Balance section. You can track charges in the Finances section and in the monthly completion certificate.
If you subscribed on August 5, we will deduct the fixed portion for the first month on the same day, and the next payment will be on September 5. The percentage from the product price will be deducted after the product is delivered. For example, if a product was ordered on September 10 and delivered on September 12, we will deduct the percentage from the product price on September 12.
Subscribe to Premium Pro
If you have passed the verification, an invitation banner will appear in the Premium Pro section. It will be displayed on the page as long as you meet all the conditions. To subscribe, open 
, select 
Premium Pro and click Subscribe in the Premium block.
Only users with the “Manager” and “Administrator” roles can accept the invitation. If the banner is displayed but you cannot activate the service, contact your supervisor.
Immediately after subscribing, we will automatically select the most helpful review and pin it to the product card, or you can do this manually and set up automatic replies to reviews, analyze sales of all competitors on Ozon and other marketplaces. Within a day, we will boost products with a favorable price index by 17.5%, hide the “Cheaper available” block in the product card, add prominent store highlighting, and provide other benefits.
Performance Monitoring
Ozon recalculates the average product rating daily and displays it on your store page. If the rating falls below 4.5, the system will remove the Premium badge from product cards and the store page. Your products will also not be displayed in the “Premium Sellers’ Products” filter.
We will restore these benefits once the average rating becomes 4.5 or higher.
You can track rating statistics in your personal account.
Cancel Premium Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To do this, go to the Settings → Contracts section, scroll down to the Premium for Sellers block, and click Disable subscription. The subscription benefits will remain until the end of the paid or trial period.
