Bonuses

Ozon can accrue bonuses for participating in events and completing surveys: 1 bonus = 1 ruble. You can spend bonuses on campaigns and can’t exchange them for money. Ozon sends information about events and surveys by email and shows it in your account and on the main Ozon Seller page.

You can spend bonuses on promotion tools:

Types of bonuses:

  • Standard bonuses: you can spend them on “Stencils” and “Getting to the TOP” tools and promotion in media advertising.
  • “Payment for the order” bonuses: you can spend them to promote products via pay-per-order.
  • “Payment for the order” bonuses on specific products: you can spend them to promote specific products via pay-per-order.
  • “Payment for a click or order” bonuses on specific products: you can spend them to promote specific products via pay-per-order, “Stencils”, and “Getting to the TOP” tools.

Accrual and withdrawal of bonuses

After you participate in an event or complete a survey, bonuses will be accrued to your account automatically or after using promo codes. You can spend bonuses until their expiration date.

If you have bonuses for promotion of specific products, you can view the SKUs of such products. To do this, click the icon with the number of products next to the bonus type.

Promotion costs are covered with bonuses first, and only after that with rubles. The first bonuses to be used are the ones that are about to expire.

Active campaigns costs are getting covered with bonuses daily. Based on the results of the billing period, you pay with money only the amount spent over and above the amount of bonuses.

You can spend bonuses to pay up to 99% of the promotion cost. At the end of the reporting period, we charge 1% in rubles and accrue back in standard bonuses. They expire at the end of the calendar year in which you earn them. You can use accrued bonuses until the end of the current year, unless another deadline is specified in your personal account. When launching other promotion tools, we first spend bonuses on specific products and after that bonuses with the nearest expiration date.

Examples of bonuses withdrawal:

  • You have 700 “Payment for the order” bonuses. You launch the “Pay-per-order” campaign and spend 700 RUB, which is 100% of the cost. We withdraw 700 bonuses. In addition, at the end of the month, we withdraw 7 RUB, which is 1% of the campaign cost, and accrue 7 standard bonuses to your account.

  • You have:

    • 500 standard bonuses that expire on August 2;
    • 500 “Payment for a click or order” bonuses on specific products: SKUs 12345, 12346. These bonuses expire on December 1.

    You spend 900 RUB on promoting products with SKUs 12345 and 12346 using stencils. First, we withdraw 500 “Payment for a click or order” bonuses on specific products and then 400 standard bonuses. At the end of the month, we withdraw 9 RUB from your account, which is 1% of the campaign cost, and accrue 9 standard bonuses to your account.

To spend bonuses, manually launch a promotional campaign.

Check bonus information

  1. Open the Promotion → Getting to the TOP, Stencils, or Pay-per-order → More → Detailed expenses section.

  2. In the Bonuses section, click Operation history.

    Operations that may take place in your bonus account:

    • Withdrawal: automatic withdrawal of bonuses to active campaigns.
    • Accrual: accrual of bonuses from a promo code.
    • Adjustment: accrual or withdrawal of bonuses from Ozon. We withdraw bonuses if they’re accrued incorrectly.
    • Expired: bonuses that you haven’t used.

If the bonuses aren’t accrued

If you didn’t receive bonuses or a promo code after participating in the event or passing the survey, contact support. To do this, in your personal account at the bottom of the screen, click Create a request. Select the request subject: “Detailed advertising expenses”.

Promo codes

For participating in events or taking surveys, you can get a promo code with bonuses that you can spend on promotion. Some promo codes have an expiration date and activation conditions, for example, some promo codes allow you to spend bonuses only on the first campaign. You won’t be able to use the promo code after the activation period expires.

To activate a promo code, on the Detailed expenses page, in the Activate promo code field, enter the promo code and click Activate.
