Work scheme
You can work on Ozon using rFBS.
realFBS (Real Fulfillment by Seller) is the work scheme under which the seller is responsible for the storage and delivery of the products. You can use any convenient delivery service or deliver the products yourself.
- You set up the delivery parameters for the warehouse and store your products there.
- If you have several warehouses from which you can deliver products to the same region, set the priority of the warehouses. This is necessary so that we know from which warehouse your products will be delivered first.
- When an order is submitted and accepted by you, you collect and pack it yourself.
- You deliver the products in a convenient way for you: on your own or by the integrated delivery service.
- If a customer returns products, they’ll be returned to your warehouse.
- Ozon transfers money for product sales after commission fee for the services is charged.

FBP (Fulfillment By Partner) is a work scheme under which the seller can place products in Ozon partner’s warehouses. You regularly supply to Ozon partner’s warehouse and replenish the stocks. Ozon and partners: 1. Calculate the delivery time and cost for you and the customer. 2. Pick, package, label, and ship orders. 3. Transport products and update statuses. 4. Hand over orders to customers at Ozon pick-up points, parcel terminals, or deliver them by courier service. 5. Accept returns from customers. Learn more about FBP |
