Available Delivery Services

We publish delivery terms in advance. If the rules haven’t come into effect yet, check the previous version.

When using the FBP scheme, you set up a delivery service for each warehouse.

If you don’t have a warehouse when you create your first supply, we will create a warehouse automatically with the most popular delivery service of this partner.

A delivery service name includes:

• the shipping provider’s name: CEL, GUOO, RETS, UNI, Ural, Xingyuan, GBS, Tanais;
• delivery speed: Express, Economy, Standard, Smart.

We will enable 12 methods for the service selected: 6 methods for delivery to a pick-up point and 6 methods for courier delivery. Each method is for one group of shipments with a certain weight and price.

For warehouses in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and the UAE, the number of delivery methods will be fewer.

Some delivery services offer delivery to CIS countries. In this case, a method of delivery to CIS will be added.

Not all product categories can be delivered.

Smart speed

If you want the system to automatically select the speed type depending on the weight and price of products in the shipment, select the Smart speed type.

If the products in your shipment are:

• lightweight and expensive, the fastest delivery methods are applied;
• heavy and inexpensive, the low-cost methods are applied, but delivery can take longer.

For other products, standard speed and delivery cost are applied.

The choice of speed is based on the seller’s preferences.

Shipment groups

Shipments are grouped by the total weight and price of the products: Extra Small, Small, Budget, Big, Premium Small, and Premium Big. The delivery cost depends on the shipment group.

Example

There is a small product in your shipment: its weight is 300, and the price is 1,300 rubles. You have selected the UNI FBP Standard delivery service. The system will determine that the shipment belongs to the Extra Small group and apply the UNI FBP Standard Extra Small delivery method.

Super Express Shipment Groups

We will enable three delivery methods for the Super Express delivery service: one method for products from the Extra Small group and two methods for other products.

The FBP scheme is subject to the same tariffs as realFBS.

The name of the delivery service consists of:

• the shipping provider’s name: GBS, Tanais;
• delivery speed type: Express.

We automatically connect the methods for the selected delivery service.

Shipments are divided into groups by total product weight and price. The conditions for grouping shipments differ among delivery services.
