Promotion fee

There is a trial period with no extra charge for promoting branded products. The offer is valid for products promoted by Ozon or official brand representatives.

If you keep the subscription once the trial is over, you’ll be charged a 1% commission of the price you set.

We confirm the service on the order placement date, but charge on the delivery date. The commission is charged for delivered products, either they’re delivered or returned by the customer. The 1% commission isn’t refunded.

You can find the details on your payments for the brand promotion in your completion report.

Trial period

If one of other brand sellers activates the promotion, we notify you in your account. Your brand products automatically start to be promoted, they’ll be highlighted in the catalog and filters.

You have a 3-day trial period, and the products’ promotion is free. Once the trial period is over, we charge the promotion fee. Until its end, you can decide whether to keep your products promoting or disable the service.

Apart from the costs of other services, the seller’s cost structure includes:

• Sales fees by Product Category
• Delivery cost calculation

Pinning a review

The service is valid until March 31, 2026.

You can pin one review per PDP for all product variants.

We’ll be charging you a service fee daily for each pinned review. The fee is calculated in the currency of you contract with Ozon. The service fee amount is 150 RUB at the exchange rate as of the date of service provision.

Example

On September 1, you pinned a review for the “Women’s Socks” product and the next day, on September 2, you pinned another review for the “Men’s Socks” product.

Conversion rate for services will be:

• September 1st. 1 USD = 96.3344 RUB;
• September 2. 1 USD = 96.3411 RUB.

For these two days we’ll charge you:

• the fee for pinning the review on the first product for the first day: 150 RUB / 96.3344 = 1.56 USD;
• the fee for pinning the review on two products for the second day: 150 RUB * 2 / 96.3411 = 3.11 USD.

Total to be paid: 4.67 USD.

Photo editor

You can edit the images in Ozon photo editor:

• extend image edges;
• generate backgrounds,
• remove backgrounds,
• improve image quality.

The limit for generating backgrounds is 50 times per day and for each of the other effects is 80 times per day. You can upload the edited images to your PDPs.

Ozon fee for photo editing is included in the sales fee.

Acquiring

The acquisition fee can be solely used on compensation the partner bank services. Ozon reward is included in the agency reward for the international delivery of the Customer’s products organisation.

Acquiring is a cashless payment acceptance from customers. The service is provided by the partner banks.

In the Finance → Documents → Agent Reports section you can view the reissue service report (execution of orders) within 5 working days. The report contains the information of the services provided by each partner bank during the report period.

The rate is set by the bank that processed the payment from the customer.

Premium Lite

Rate — 4,990 rubles per month. We withhold the fee once a month, starting from the activation date, at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date the service is rendered. Ozon has the right to provide discounts on the service to sellers.

Premium Subscription

Rate — 9,990 rubles per month. We withhold the fee once a month, starting from the activation date, at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date the service is rendered. Ozon has the right to provide discounts on the service to sellers.

For sellers who have not used the Premium subscription, a 30-day trial period is available, after which the fee is withheld.

Premium Plus Subscription

Rate — 24,990 rubles per month. We withhold the fee once a month, starting from the activation date, at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date the service is rendered. Ozon has the right to provide discounts on the service to sellers.

Premium Pro Subscription

Rate — 24,990 rubles per month. We withhold the fee once a month, starting from the activation date, at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date the service is rendered. Ozon has the right to provide discounts on the service to sellers.

Additionally: we withhold 2.5% of the price of each product set by the seller in the personal account, ordered while the subscription is active.

• The percentage is calculated from the product price set by the seller in the personal account.
• We deduct it after the status changes to “Delivered”.
• Canceled orders are not taken into account.
• In case of a return, the percentage of the product price is not refunded.

Review Management Service

The subscription is available starting April 1, 2026.

We withhold 1.3% of the price of each product set by the seller in the personal account, ordered while the subscription is active.

• We deduct it after the status changes to “Delivered”.
• Canceled orders are not taken into account.
• In case of a return, the percentage of the product price is not refunded.

For sellers who have not used the subscription, a trial period is available, during which we withhold 0.8% of the price of each product set by the seller in the personal account, ordered while the subscription is active for the first month.

Sellers with Premium Pro receive a 50% discount on the Review Management subscription.

“Original” service

To activate the “Original” service, you need to meet the conditions:

• brand documents are verified and have the “Approved” status;
• documents for the products or brand documents are up-to-date;
• you have a positive balance.

The cost of the “Authentic” service is 500 rubles including VAT per day for each brand at the conversion rate on the date of service provision.

The “Original” service is effective at the time the “Original” badge is displayed on any brand PDP. The PDP should be available for sale.

If you sell products from a popular brand that is often counterfeited, you will need the copyright holder documents to display the badge. We can display the badge immediately after verifying the documents at no additional charge. If you are not the copyright holder, please make a security payment.

Ozon can unilaterally suspend or disable the “Original” service if:

• intellectual property rights infringement is suspected;
• documents have expired or were declined after re-verification;
• you have debt on the balance for 3 consecutive days.
