Premium Brand is a subscription for brand representatives. It’s included in the Premium Plus subscription and gives access to analytics, reviews, and other brand management tools on Ozon.

Premium Brand subscription advantages

You can:

  • Keep track of the brand products on Ozon.
  • Answer customer reviews and questions on behalf of the brand and increase loyalty. Your messages are highlighted with the “Official brand representative” badge.
  • Create lists to track new products, hidden products, and price trends. We show products sold by Ozon separately.
  • Find out what customers look for, which products are the most popular, and which ones are missing on the marketplace.
  • Determine the share of brand sales in a category and the share of other brand sales.
  • Track sales dynamics within a category and analyze the graph to find out reasons for sales changes.
  • Determine the category potential and customer demand.

The Premium Brand subscription is included in the Premium Plus subscription. Only users with the “Manager” or “Administrator” roles can activate the subscription. If you see the banner but can’t sign up for Premium, contact your coworker with this role.

You can sign up for Premium from any section of the brand account. For example, if you open the Brand sellers section, the system offers to sign up. By agreeing, you activate the subscription automatically.

In 10–15 minutes after activation, you can make complaints about sellers and products, answer questions and reviews on behalf of the brand, and use other Premium tools.

Pay for subscription

The fee for the first month of subscription is charged immediately. The next fee is charged at the beginning of each month. The subscription price is 24,990 RUB per month.

If you can’t sign up, check if you have enough money in your account. You can top up your balance in the Finance → Balance → Income and expenses section.

You can view the charges in your account in the Finance section and in the seller’s completion report for the month.

Cancel subscription

You can cancel the subscription at any time. To do this, open the Settings → Contracts section and in the Premium for sellers block, click Deactivate subscription. You maintain the subscription benefits until the end of the paid period.

Reasons for subscription deactivation

Your subscription is deactivated if:

  • the brand representative no longer meets the requirements or violated the terms of agreement;
  • there isn’t enough money in your balance to renew the subscription. Top up your balance for the subscription amount within 14 days. You can cancel automatic subscription renewal in the Settings → Contracts section.
