To view all your brand products sold on Ozon, get access to the brand account.
How to register as a brand representative
View all brand products
In the brand account, open the Product list section.
The page displays:
- product image,
- product name,
- creation date,
- brand name,
- seller name,
- price.
You can search for products by their name or SKU. To open the PDP, click the product name.
Report products
If you find a suspicious product, you can report it on behalf of your brand:

Open the Product list → Sellers’ products page.

Next to the desired product, click
→ Report a complain. -
Specify the subject: Brand complaint.

In your message, describe what seems suspicious to you. If needed, upload photos or documents confirming the counterfeit.

Click Send.
We review the complaint and block the product if it violates the marketplace rules. To view the response to the complaint, in the upper right corner of your account, click 
→ Notifications.
Favorites
You can add products to a separate list:
- to make it easier to navigate products if you have rights for several brands;
- to filter products by new ones or by categories;
- to track reported products.
You can choose any name for the list. Lists are limited to 100 products.
To view your lists, open the Product list → Favorites section. You can:
- switch between lists;
- edit and delete lists;
- show only products with the “On sale” status;
- create new lists.
Add products to favorites
You can add a product:
- from the product list: to add one product to several lists;
- from favorites: to add several products to an existing list.

In the Product list section, click
→ Add to favorites. -
Select a list or create a new one.

Click Add.
Remove products from favorites

In the Product list → Favorites section, select the list using the filter.

Click Edit list.

Select the products you want to remove.

Click Delete.
