Brand Product Selections

“Selections” is a free tool allowing you to create pages with your brand products for advertising campaigns, external communications, and promotions. A selection of brand products is available on the website via a direct link. You can add it to the brand storefront, to the banner on Ozon, to the newsletter, place in your social media or in social media of a popular blogger.

Create selection of brand products

You can create a selection in your seller account.

1. In your brand account, open the Product list → Product selections section and click Create selection.

2. Enter the selection name.

3. Specify the period for placing your selection on Ozon.

4. Select the brand you want to create a selection for.

   The brand must have at least one selected seller in the storefront. If you select several brands, you can’t add the selection to the storefront.

5. Specify the product list for your selection using filters.

6. Click Create selection.

In the Basic settings block, you can see a link to the page with the selected products. You can copy it and place in the desired communication channel with customers.

Set up product order in selection

1. Open the selection.

2. In the Product list block, click Set up.

3. Click Add products and select no more than 100 products from the selection for which you want to adjust the order.

4. Arrange the products in order: click and drag the product to the desired place or specify the position in the “No.” column.

5. After you set up the product order, click To the selection.

Customers may see products in selections in different order. For example, if a product is unavailable for sale in a certain region, it isn’t displayed in the selection.

Selection statuses

• “In the storefront”: the selection is displayed in the brand storefront.
• “No sellers”: an empty selection is displayed. Add the brand’s sellers to the storefront.

Edit selection

1. Open the Product list → Product selections section.

2. On the Active tab, click the selection.

3. You can:

   • change the name;
   • change the period;
   • change the filter settings for automatic selections;
   • add or remove products from a manual selection.

   Сlick Save.

The selection updates. The link to the selection page remains the same. Changes are made within 24 hours.

Delete selection

1. Open the Product list → Product selections section.

2. On the Active tab, click the selection.

3. Select Delete and confirm the action.
