Seller's Completion Report (Outgoing)

The report shows your expenses for Ozon services over the past month. You can find it on the Finance → Documents → UTD with additional services page. It becomes available within the first 5 business days of the month, but no later than the 8th day of the month.

The report contains information about:

• costs of delivery to customers;
• costs of returns, non-purchases, and cancellations;
• costs of other services;
• adjustments in documents.

The cost of services includes 20% VAT.

The report doesn’t contain information about the acquiring and part of the last mile total amount. These services are provided by our partners. We include it in the report on reinvoicing of services.

Detailed costs

To view the details for each service, in the Finance → Store economics section select the necessary period: from the 1st to the 15th or from the 16th to the end of the month.
