Product Selections

Selections help to promote your products. You can create a link to a page with certain products and use it for advertising campaigns, external communications, and promotions. For example, you can add a selection link to your storefront, include it in newsletters, post it on your or influencers’ social media.

Create

You can create selections manually or automatically.

The automatic selection is created based on filters. The manual selection consists of the products you choose.

1. In the Products → Product selections section, click Create selection.

2. Select the Automatic type.

   

3. Specify the selection name. For example, “Selection for social media”.

4. Select the start and end date of the period when the product selection page will be available on Ozon.

5. Select the products for the selection using filters by category, price, brand, and other parameters. Suitable products appear in the Product list section.

6. Click Create selection.

   

To share the selection with customers, in the Basic settings section, copy the selection link.

1. In the Products → Product selections section, click Create selection.

2. Select the Manual type.

   

3. Specify the selection name. For example, “Selection for social media”.

4. Select the start and end date of the period when the product selection page will be available on Ozon.

5. Click Add from list.

6. Select products and click Add selected.

7. Click Create selection.

   

To share the selection with customers, in the Basic settings section, copy the selection link. Selected products appear on the selection page within 24 hours.

1. In the Products → Product selections section, click Create selection.

2. Select the Promotional type.

   

3. Create your own promotion and add the products. We automatically create a selection with products from the promotion.

In the Basic settings section, a link to the page with promotional products appears. You can copy and share it in your communication channel with customers.

In this selection, you can set up the product order. Other parameters can’t be changed. We take the product list from your promotion. Once you change the list in the promotion, it’s updated in the selection as well.

Once the promotion ends, the selection remains, but the products in it are no longer displayed. If you share it with customers, they may see an empty selection. To avoid this, restart the promotion or delete it. Then, the selection will be automatically deleted as well.

Set up product order in selections

1. In the Products → Product selections section, open the selection.
2. In the Product list section, click Set up.
3. Click Add products and select no more than 100 products from the selection.
4. Arrange the products in order. Drag products to desired positions or specify their placement in the “№” column.
5. Click To the selection.

Customers may see products in selections in different order. For example, if a product is unavailable for sale in a certain region, it isn’t displayed in the selection.

Edit

You can’t edit the promotional selection. To change the product list, open the promotion.

1. In the Products → Product selections section, on the Active tab, click the selection.
2. Make changes. You can edit the selection name, filters, the product list, and the period when the selection is available via the link.
3. Click Save.

Changes to the manual selection are displayed on the website within 24 hours.

Delete

1. In the Products → Product selections section, on the Active tab, click the selection.
2. Click Delete and confirm the action.

You can delete a promotional selection only by deleting a promotion.
