The brand must be registered in the Russian Federation in the national or international intellectual property system.
It depends on the total number of requests, the correctness of the document set, and the quality of scans and photos. The total verification time is up to 14 days.

If your brand isn’t on Ozon, you can request to add it.
A brand can have only one representative on Ozon. We select the representative based on the legal significance of the documents. If you want to replace the current representative, contact support: Personal account → Brand account → Brand account registration and activation. Attach the required documents to your request. We review the request. If your documents are:

Check the rejection reason.
If you need to upload other documents, add them to the same request. You don’t need to create a new one.
In the Settings → Brands section, open the Brand representative tab.
In the line with the rejected request, click
and select Edit.
In the Brand representation request window, delete the document you have to replace.
Upload a new document.
Click Save changes.
We check the request again within 14 calendar days. You can track its status in the Settings → Brands section, on the Brand representative tab.

Only employees with the “Manager” and “Administrator” roles can apply.

It takes from 5 to 10 business days to check the documents.
You can view the request status in the Settings → Brands section, on the Brand representative tab. If the documents are verified, the status changes to “Verified”. Otherwise, it changes to “Rejected”.

Upload the company charter. If your company doesn’t have it, upload another document confirming your company operations.
In the Settings → Brands → Brand representation section, delete the expired request. Create a new one with the up-to-date information. While we’re checking the documents, your access to the brand account is limited.
For brands that are often counterfeited, we add the badge free of charge after document verification. For other brands, you can add the badge as a paid service.

Use a different email address. The email for the “Manager” role must be unique for each account.
How to register a brand account
If you sell on Ozon not only through the brand account, the product range of your stores shouldn’t overlap by more than 30%. Otherwise, we disable all accounts except one according to the agreement rules.

The Nice Classification is an international classification of products and services used for trademark registration. Classes 1–34 are for products. Classes 35–45 are for services.

The brand account is available to sellers of products of the Nice Classification classes from 1 to 34.
You can also access it if your trademark is registered in several classes at the same time and at least one of them is from 1 to 34.

If you have a shared account and can switch between your seller and brand accounts, all the brand account tools are available under the Premium Plus subscription. You don’t need to sign up for the Premium Brand subscription separately.
If you have separate accounts and can’t switch between them, sign up for a subscription for each account.

If you have separate accounts, delete your request in the brand account and submit it from the seller account. If the documents pass verification and your subscription becomes active, you get access to the brand account.
