Product checking
The checking time depends on the return method you chose:

| The product is delivered by a partner or a seller | When the returned product is delivered to the seller warehouse, the seller checks it and makes a decision on the refund within 7 days. After returning the product, you can track its arrival to the seller warehouse with the tracking number provided by the delivery service. |
| The product is delivered by an Ozon partner | After you return the product, it’s sent to the specified address. Then it’s delivered to Ozon warehouse. We check it and make a decision on a refund within 10 days. After returning the product, you can track its arrival to the Ozon warehouse with the tracking number provided by the delivery service. |
If a longer check is required or it turns out that the product is non-refundable, we display the return request status in the Returns section.
Refund process and time
If your return request is approved, we refund the money within 10 days. Then we notify you about it.
If a refund is international, the money transfer process may take longer.
The refund time depends on the bank and the payment system.
Account for receiving refund
If a card refund is technically impossible, we send the money to your balance of funds within 10 days.
