Return Products Outside Russia

You can return products outside Russia by following returns terms and conditions.

To return the product, create a return request. When it’s approved, pack and send your return.
How to create a return request

Prepare and send return

Send your return within the period specified in your approved request. Otherwise the request will expire.

1. Prepare the product for shipping. Make sure that the product is complete and pack it carefully so it isn’t damaged in transit. Take a picture of the product before sending it to avoid disputes.

2. Put a note with the return number in the parcel. You can write the number on paper or print it out.
3. In the shipping form, specify the return number. For example, next to the recipient information. Your return can’t be accepted at the warehouse without a return number. The refund time will be increased.
   
4. To avoid any issues with your return at the customs, declare the product.

5. Take the return to the courier service or to the post office.
6. Pay the shipping cost and, if necessary, customs fees. Attach a photo or a scan of the receipt to the return request. We refund you the packaging and delivery costs only if the product has poor quality.
7. In the Returns section in your account, click Send return and confirm that you sent the parcel. Upload the receipt and enter the track number you got at the courier service or at the post office. This helps us track the parcel and accept the return at the warehouse.

You can send returns with any local postal service that delivers to Russia.

1. In the shipping form, specify the return number. You can write it next to the recipient details.

3. Keep the receipt.

You can send returns with any local courier service that delivers to Russia.

1. In the shipping form, specify the return number. You can write it next to the recipient details.
