You can return products of proper quality if they have no signs of use, are complete as when you received them and with intact seals and labels. The packaging of products with factory seals, protective films, or stickers must be intact. Pack the product in the original packaging you received it in.
You can return products of improper quality without packaging or in any packaging that ensures safe product shipping in a box.

Liquids
Make sure that the package is tight.
Fragile products
- Wrap the product in the packaging film it was delivered in.
- Fill the bottom and the empty space inside the box with cushioning material, such as paper.
- Place the product inside the box.
Potentially dangerous products
Products filled with flammable substances are potentially dangerous. We accept them only with an empty fuel tank or cylinder. Empty them before packing and handing over the return. Otherwise, the packaging of such products is the same as for regular products.
Examples of such products:
- gas cylinders;
- internal combustion engines;
- tools and equipment with an internal combustion engine or powered by combustible substances.
