Acceptance

Free of charge. Includes receiving, checking, counting products and shelving. Make sure that products have barcodes. If there are no barcodes, you pay for product labeling additionally.

Preparation for shipping

Free of charge. Preparation procedures include:

• orders picking and check,
• printing and labeling of shipping labels,
• handing over shipments to a logistics company.

The packaging service is paid additionally.

Includes secure storage of products and inventory management.

UNI Shanghai, XY Alashankou, GUOO Dongguan, and ZTO Hangzhou warehouses store products free of charge for up to 180 days. The rate of 8 CNY per m³ per day applies starting from day 181.

• Storage duration is calculated per item, starting from the receipt date.
• Products are shipped on the FIFO (First In, First Out) basis: earliest received items are shipped first.
• Partners may extend free storage as part of promotional campaigns.
• Billing is processed directly with the partner warehouse.

Services available for additional fee:

• Product labeling: printing barcode labels. You may need this service if you haven’t labeled the products you bring to the warehouse or if the label needs to be replaced.

  Shipment labeling is free of charge.

• Transport packaging. The warehouse can pack the products if they were not packed before supply or aren’t packed according to Ozon standards.

Acceptance

It includes acceptance, verification and recalculation of the product, storage it on the shelves.

The product acceptance costs 15 CNY/m³ regardless of the category, with the minimum cost of 1.5 CNY.

Preparation for shipping

The shipping cost depends on the product category and the volume of shipped orders per month:

When calculating the discount, the order amount is summarized for each product category (A, B, C) separately.

The A — Extra small rate applies if you have more than 70% of sales in the category for small products weighing up to 1 kg. If the share of such products in category A is less than 70%, the applied rate is A — Regular.

Includes safe product storage and inventory. Product storage cost depends on product turnover. It’s the average time the stock is stored at the warehouse, taking into account average daily sales:

• 0–60 days: free of charge;
• 61–90: 3 CNY/m³/day;
• 91–120: 3.5 CNY/m³/day;
• 121–150: 4 CNY/m³/day;
• 151–180: 4.5 CNY/m³/day;
• from 181: 5 CNY/m³/day.

Includes product picking and check, as well as preparation for shipping to the seller.

The return costs 25 CNY/m³, with the minimum cost of 2.5 CNY.
