Launching Stencil Campaigns

Launch campaign

  1. In the Menu → Product promotion section, open the Stencils tab.

  2. Tap Create Campaign.

  3. Enter a campaign name that will help you navigate the list quickly.

  4. Add products to the campaign: tap , select the products and tap Add.

    You can filter the products by:

    • category,
    • brand,
    • warehouse,
    • price,
    • participation in other campaigns.
  5. Select the rate management strategy.

  6. Set a weekly budget of at least 14,000 RUB.

    By default, we set 15% budget auto-raise. This way, product promotion continues even if the budget is spent before the end of the weekly period. You can set a value from 10 to 50%. To disable auto-raise, specify 0%.

  7. Tap Launch campaign. Your products start participating in the auction at competitive rates.

Edit campaign

In the Menu → Product promotion section, open the Stencils tab and tap the campaign. On the Campaign tab, you can:

  • change the budget and auto-raise percentage;
  • change the strategy;
  • disable the campaign.

On the Products tab, you can change the rate, add or remove products.

Change rates

If you choose auto-strategy, you can’t change the rates. The system sets the rates automatically for each customer’s request so your product receives maximum clicks.
  1. In the Menu → Product promotion section, open the Stencils tab and tap the campaign.

  2. Open the Products tab. To change the rate:

    • for one product: tap the product rate value;
    • for multiple products: tap Select products, select the products and tap Change rate.
  3. Edit the rate value or select a competitive rate to set it.

    The competitive rate may vary for different products.

  4. Tap Apply if you change the rate for multiple products.

Delete products

  1. In the Menu → Product promotion section, open the Stencils tab and tap the campaign.
  2. Open the Products tab. Tap Select products, select the products and tap .

Add products

  1. In the Menu → Product promotion section, open the Stencils tab and tap the campaign.

  2. On the Products tab, tap Add.

  3. Select the products you want to add to the campaign. You can:

    • filter the products by category, brand, warehouse, and price;
    • find the products by name, article, or SKU.
  4. Tap Add.

View campaign statistics

  1. In the Menu → Product promotion section, open the Stencils tab and tap the campaign.
  2. On the Campaign tab, specify the statistics period.

The app provides statistics on the following metrics:

  • Expense. The expenses for the product promotion and the percentage of expenses for this product from the total expense for the entire campaign.
  • Orders. The number of orders received due to PDP views.
  • Clicks. The number of clicks on the PDP.
  • Impressions. The number of PDP impressions.
  • Advertising-to-Sales Ratio. The share of promotion expenses from the total sales amount.
  • CTR. The ratio of the number of clicks to the number of impressions.
  • Sales. The total sales amount in rubles. We take the order into account if a customer places it within 10 days after tapping the PDP in the promoted position.
  • To cart. The number of times the promoted product was added to the cart.
