Products transfer to the shipping provider #
Once you’ve prepared your shipment and supporting documents, book your delivery to the shipping provider’s warehouse:

If a parcel’s value exceeds 1000 AED, make sure that it undergoes individual customs clearance—BOE. To do this, on the www.seller.ixtradex.com website select Process BOE. The service fee is 210 AED per document.
After export, the website generates an invoice and when ready, the BOE document.
BOE clearance is not required when booking to the Karama warehouse. -
On the www.seller.ixtradex.com website, select:
- Karama warehouse—for all companies;
- Dafza warehouse—for companies within the Dafza free zone.

Upload the documents, select the parcels you want to ship, and click Submit.

Once the shipments get the “Approved” status, deliver them to the drop-off point during working hours.
Conditions #
- Maximum shipment weight: 25 kg.
- Maximum shipment dimensions: 100 × 70 × 70 cm.
- Maximum shipment cost: 500,000 RUB.
- You can deliver products with batteries, for this purpose provide a material safety data sheet MSDS.
- Shipping provider’s list of prohibited products.
- List of products prohibited for transportation based on the Edict of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
- Transportation is possible for personal-use items; commercial shipments aren’t allowed. Each package with general-use items can carry no more than 3 pieces of the same product or 3 pieces of different products in it. Each package with electronic products is limited to 2 pieces.
Rates #
Forward logistics #
All shipments received by the shipping provider are weighed and measured. The shipping provider compares the physical and volumetric weight (L × W × H (cm) ÷ 5,000) or (L × W × H (mm) ÷ 5,000,000) of shipments. Rates are calculated based on the biggest of the received values.
Weight measurements are rounded upward in 100 g increments.
