The balance of the funds is credited after you cancel an order or return a product. You can view your account balance at checkout. The amount of money on your balance of funds is displayed in KZT.
Paying for an order from the balance of funds #
You can’t pay for an order using your balance of funds in part, only in full. To make a payment, you need to have no less than the amount of the order on your balance. To pay for your order:
- In the shopping card, click Proceed to checkout.
- Select the primary payment method.
- Select Use to pay from my balance.
- Click Pay online and confirm the payment.
