Payment Errors

Bank card #

Processing a payment takes several minutes.

It may fail if:

  • You enter incorrect card details.
  • The card has expired.
  • There’s not enough money on the card.
  • The transaction can’t be confirmed with a single-use password from a text message.
  • Your bank doesn’t allow online payments.

If the payment failed:

  • Try again in 20 minutes.
  • Contact the bank that issued the card.
  • Try to pay with another card.

If it doesn’t help, contact our support team.

Remove a bank card #

You can remove a bank card in your account in the Saved cards section.
