Receipts #

Once the order is paid, you get a fiscal receipt to the email address specified in your account. The receipt is also displayed in the Electronic receipts section.

The amount in the receipt is displayed in the order currency. You can view the order currency when placing the order. To do it, click next to Total cost in the cart or click Total on the checkout page. If you’ve already placed an order, click next to Total in the My orders section on the order page.

You don’t need a cash receipt to return the product.

Receipts for payments from balance of funds #

When paying for the order from the balance of funds, you get a receipt for the full amount.

Receipts for cancellations and returns #

When returning and fully or partially canceling an order:

  • the old receipt remains unchanged;
  • you get a new receipt showing the returned or canceled product.

Merge or split receipts #

You can receive one or several receipts for the same order. They are generated automatically and can’t be merged or split. If you want to get separate receipts for each product, place several orders.

Other documents #

Warranty card #

According to the “On Protection of Consumer Rights” law the warranty service can be provided even if there’s no warranty card. It’s enough to provide a receipt and the serial number of the product, which is indicated on the package. You don’t need a warranty card to return the product.

If there’s a warranty card, you can fill it out yourself 14 days after you receive your order. In the Purchase date field, specify the order receipt date. Don’t fill out the card until the return period has passed.
