Courier delivery and delivery to pick-up points in Georgia. The order must be prepaid.

Delivery restrictions

• Maximum order amount: 850 EUR.
• Maximum weight: 29.5 kg.
• Maximum dimensions: 120 × 80 × 50 cm.
• It’s not possible to deliver orders to correctional institutions.

If the parcel weighs more than 30 kg and costs more than 300 GEL, you need to pay a customs duty.

Once the parcel is delivered to the pick-up point, you have 7 business days to collect it. You can extend its storage period for another 15 business days if you don’t manage to pick up the parcel in time. To do this, contact Ozon support team.

To collect the parcel, show your ID card to the pick-up point operator. The recipient’s ID must match the one you entered when placing the order. To change the recipient, contact Ozon support team.

At the pick-up point, you can’t check the order upon receipt and partially redeem it.

Once the courier delivery is scheduled, you’ll receive a text message. On the delivery day, the courier will contact you to arrange the time.

The delivery service will contact you if you don’t pick up your order before the storage period expires. To extend the storage period, contact the carrier.

If the total value of orders in a month exceeds $300, you need to pay a customs duty of 36% on the amount that exceeds the limit, along with the duty, VAT, and administrative fees.

After the parcel is sent, its track number appears in your personal account.

Once the order status is On the way to your city, you can track the parcel on the unitrade.youtrack.info website.
